The plain weave is very tight, resulting in an extremely smooth and flat surface with a natural “bony” and crispness, preventing it from easily collapsing. It produces a distinctive, crisp “rustling” sound when rubbed or walked on. It also features a delicate plain weave and a soft, elegant silky sheen. This sheen is not as dazzling as satin, but rather more understated and sophisticated. The lining is made of 100% nylon, with a high-density and tight weave to prevent fine down fibers from escaping through the fabric gaps. Smooth surface enhances the wearing and doffing experience; superior abrasion and tear resistance ensures protection against damage from frequent use, while the lightweight and soft texture doesn’t affect the overall weight. The fabric and padding material are tautly fixed to the embroidery machine frame. The embroidery machine uses sparser stitches along the padding layer’s pattern to outline the filling area of the design, then runs the overlay layer’s pattern, using denser stitches to perfectly cover the foam padding layer, creating a subtly raised heart embroidery. The soft and full touch enhances visibility without being overtly discreet. Made with 90% white duck down, weighing 160g, it ensures excellent warmth. The down undergoes rigorous selection and treatment to prevent leakage, guaranteeing durability. The overall stitching is straight and delicate, the fabric is comfortable and soft, and the color is consistent with no color difference.
