Approximately 28 stitches per square centimeter, through three layers of overlapping stitches, raises the brand name 1.8mm above the fabric surface, forming a tactile, three-dimensional spine. The bottom is double-sealed with fishing line-grade polyester yarn to ensure the embroidery thread won’t unravel during subsequent vigorous washing. A miniature thread remover is used to selectively remove threads from the edges and corners of the embroidery – approximately 15%-20% of the thread is manually pulled away, leaving sparse thread holes and residual thread ends.
