A single machine costs over two million RMB, and only a handful of factories possess this type of equipment. The fabric is sprayed with an organic active synthetic enzyme liquid, and then the fabric pieces are manually laid out and directly printed on the machine. This liquid is Conlix’s exclusive technology, allowing the white ink to perfectly bond with the fabric. A characteristic of white ink printing is that it does not affect the fabric’s feel and is washable. The printing artwork is created by scanning a Y-plate, and through precise control of the inkjet volume, the skin and hair colors of the portraits are accurately rendered. Perfect reproduction, produced with machine fine-tuning. The colors of the figures and ground reflections were adjusted up to 15 times, ensuring natural transitions in color depth and shadow, all to present the gradient layers of each figure’s reflection. Even the lines of the clothing and the Paris logo on the bag are rendered. This unique printing effect comes at an incredibly slow printing speed; one machine produces less than 200 pieces per day. The shoulder seams of the garments are reinforced with 0.8cm binding strips, and the double-sided chain stitching on the custom-made pure cotton fabric is done using a special binding machine.
