Using 15-count specially spun compact cotton, 230g/m², paired with 32-count 1×1 rib, 340g/m². The fabric uses a specially spun compact weave to reduce fuzz, giving the coarse yarn a delicate, slightly matte texture, while also having a high anti-pilling rating. The medium-to-high weight gives the fabric a structured look, preventing it from slouching; the high-density rib has high strength and holds the neckline in place.

Black Version: The black feathers require a dark base to highlight the light-colored feathers printed with thick halftone dots, so the fabric must be dyed pure black with high colorfastness. The print uses multiple layers of silkscreen to create a micro-relief texture; dense halftone dots are used in the darker areas of the feathers, while sparse halftone dots are used in the lighter areas, replicating the varying pressure of hand-painted brushstrokes. The white space between the halftone dots allows the black fabric base to show through, creating a natural transition between light and dark.
White Version: The white feathers require a high-whiteness base to ensure the vibrant color of the penetrating print. Penetrating printing is a dye printing process where dye molecules completely penetrate into the cotton fibers, forming a flat pattern without any tactile feel. The white fabric aims for a lightness, and penetrating printing faithfully reproduces the smooth strokes and grayscale levels of pen ink lines, feeling almost weightless yet visually extremely clear.
The letters and feathers of both colors have a unified silhouette, with the raised lines of the foamed print creating a strong tactile contrast, allowing the viewer to see both the smooth ink lines and the three-dimensional contours. Two foaming processes make the protrusions higher and the contours sharper. The fabric has a rubbery feel and visually simulates the accumulation of ink on paper. The front panel features a printed pattern with specific letter markings embroidered using a fixed-point alignment technique. The embroidery machine visually identifies the positioning marks in the printed pattern and uses flat stitch embroidery to create a finely textured, glossy effect on the letter markings. It has a round neck and casual fit.
