Burberry, Lightweight Leather Label Down Jacket
I. Fabric Procurement
1. Outer Fabric
High-density Nylon Taffeta: Made of 100D nylon fabric, density ≥230T, lightly calendered (presenting a low-key sheen), and coated with a fluorine-free waterproof coating (DWR) to ensure water repellency while maintaining breathability (refer to the slightly wrinkled texture and crispness of the fabric in the picture).
2. Inner Lining/Down Filling Layer
Downproof Lining Fabric: Made of high-density polyester lining fabric (such as lining yarn) of 300T or higher, ensuring that down does not leak out, and is lightweight without affecting loft.
Filled with 900 fill power white duck down (85%-90% down content), ensuring a full, three-dimensional look without being overly bulky; a naturally fluffy and non-expanding visual effect.
II. Accessory and Process Requirements
1. Zipper System
Main Zipper: Uses YKK brand size 5 nylon zipper (matte dark gray/black, close to the fabric), with fine, flat teeth. The zipper pull is a simple square shape with the brand logo etched on the surface. A 1.5cm wide, same-color fabric windproof flap (double-layered, with a thin cotton strip inside for added stiffness) needs to be stitched on the outside of the zipper.
2. Hardware Accessories
Cuff Buttons: The cuffs have a faux two-piece design (outer layer is a folded cuff, inner layer is a ribbed cuff). The outer cuff is equipped with two metal buttons (12mm in diameter, the same series as the pocket snaps), spaced 3cm apart. The buttonholes are handmade keyholes (double-stitched edges, precise hole diameter).
III. Chest Label Craftsmanship (Key Point)
Material: Top-grain calfskin (0.8mm thick), with a matte aniline dyeing finish and oiled edges (0.3mm thick, smooth and rounded, color matching the label).
Logo Craftsmanship: The brand logo (knight emblem + text) on the label surface uses embossing + hot stamping/gold/silver stamping:
First, a recessed engraved pattern (0.1-0.2mm deep, clear and three-dimensional) is formed on the leather surface using a copper mold hot pressing (temperature 120-150℃, pressure 3-5kg);
The recessed pattern is then filled with gold/silver metallic foil hot stamping paste (matte effect, avoiding gloss), and a second hot pressing (temperature 80-100℃) bonds the metallic foil to the leather, ensuring the pattern is resistant to friction and will not peel off.
Fixing Method: High-strength environmentally friendly adhesive (such as neoprene) is applied to the back of the leather label. It is then fixed to the top of the pocket via heat pressing (temperature 60-70℃, pressure 2kg, time 10 seconds). The edges are then hand-stitched with 0.3mm fine nylon thread (1mm stitch length, stitches hidden within the curved edge of the leather label, almost invisible) for double fixation to prevent detachment.
