The knight’s fantastical journey through the manor’s labyrinth is vividly recreated through the precise overlay of 24 screens and a combination of environmentally friendly elastic ink and suede printing. Each screen’s pattern area is cut out, requiring extremely high color separation technology, especially the precise separation of gradients, shadows, and overlapping colors. Each screen has positioning holes to ensure precise alignment with the previous screen. Registration accuracy must be controlled within 0.1-0.2mm; any slight deviation will result in blurring or ghosting of the pattern.
