The plaid fabric is 100% woolen cotton with a dense yarn count and a thick feel. 1×1 cotton stretch yarn. The yarn is custom-dyed to match the body color.
The hood’s plaid fabric is padded, not a separate layer! The plaid spacing and color are custom-made 1:1 to the original. Each hat is identical, with symmetrical stripes on the left and right, top and bottom. This is a labor-intensive, time-consuming, and material-intensive process.
