●Description: The fabric is made of 80% fine cotton + 20% polyester blended plain fabric, refer to the Y version to make AB color samples, and custom dyeing This is a bulk fabric. The surface terry is raised using a 24-tube napping machine. After raising, the fleece is sucked out and sheared. A 0.3cm pile height is retained, similar to the Y version. The fleece is 100% cotton, making it breathable and anti-static, unlike lower-end all-polyester fleece fabrics. The front panel is embroidered on a Japanese Tajima embroidery machine with multi-layered cotton mercerized patterns, creating three-dimensional small emblems. The bottom is coated with TPU film and manually positioned and ironed on the cut piece using a constant-temperature embossing machine. The overall stitching is straight and delicate, the fabric is comfortable and soft, and the color is consistent with no color difference. It can be paired with similar styles to create a fashionable look, suitable for various occasions.
