It uses 90% white duck down (testable) according to the new international standard, with a fill power of 700. Each jacket contains at least 330 grams of down, 100% pure down filling. To differentiate it from the hand-filled down from small workshops, we uniformly use MCGS machines for filling, carefully controlling the amount of down filling for each piece, the loft of the down, and the internal structure of the down. The lining is made of 900-density double-layer fabric with an anti-down-leak coating, maintaining the down’s shape and ensuring the down doesn’t shift after dry cleaning. The inner lining is also 900-density with an anti-down-leak coating. Original Velcro closures are used at the cuffs and collar for durability. All accessories and hardware are custom-made from the original manufacturer. Details determine quality. Custom-made double-sided printed fabric, with the monogram logo perfectly aligned to the original design, took 60 days to complete.
