NO.2025310464 Loewe, cotton and knitted patchwork shirt
Fabric 1 selection:
The front piece is made of high-count cotton yarn through a weaving process with high warp density and low weft density to create a lightweight and extremely breathable fabric. The surface is smooth and flat, and feels as soft as silk, while retaining the natural skin-friendliness of cotton, making it comfortable and close-fitting without any strange feeling. Because the warp yarns are closely arranged, the surface of the fabric presents a longitudinal texture and a soft luster, which enhances the visual sense of luxury.
Fabric 2 selection:
The back piece is woven with extremely fine wool yarns through high-count spinning technology into a fabric of moderate density. It feels soft and skin-friendly, and has a delicate velvety surface. Wool fiber has a natural hollow structure that can lock in still air, forming an excellent thermal insulation layer. Even though it is light and thin, it has a good warmth retention effect.
Process 1:
Below the back collar, the computer embroidery machine’s high-precision computing system controls the coordinated operation of the machine head, needle bar, and bobbin. The fabric frame moves precisely horizontally and vertically to form the stitch trajectory. The tension of the upper and lower threads is adjusted to ensure a smooth, free of loose threads, resulting in anagram embroidery with an error of ±0.1mm.
Process 2:
The ironer turns the collar upright and irons it from the bottom to the top using high-temperature wet steam, applying pressure to smooth out wrinkles. The process is then repeated on the front. The collar is then ironed to create an arc, and the back collar is pressed all the way down to maintain its crispness. The shoulder and sleeves are suspended to avoid crushing the edges. The ironer’s “push, return, and pull” technique adjusts the fiber density to ensure the shirt fits the body’s curves.
