Loewe Embroidered Denim Short-Sleeve Shirt
Made from lightweight washed cotton denim, this 60-count combed cotton shirt features a 2/1 right-hand twill weave, woven on a high-density loom with 280 needles/inch stitches, resulting in a weight of only 120-130g/m². It balances structural firmness with a soft drape. The microporous structure of the cotton fibers improves breathability by 35% compared to ordinary denim, while 15% lateral stretch adapts to everyday activities.
A 45℃ low-temperature enzyme wash process decomposes the fabric’s nap, resulting in a natural frosty white texture after three gentle washes. Combined with formaldehyde-free softener, it achieves a cloud-like softness, with a post-wash shrinkage rate consistently below 3%.
Using the CNC system of a Tajima embroidery machine, the chest pocket is precisely positioned to the millimeter, replicating the symmetrical Anagram four-L interlacing pattern, ensuring the pattern is centered and aligned, with edges parallel to the pocket opening, preventing embroidery misalignment or skewing. Made with combed cotton thread and a size 11 round-tipped embroidery needle, this embroidery uses a compound chain stitch with a stitch length of 1.8mm and a stitch density of 8 stitches/cm². This ensures smooth letter outlines while preventing pattern distortion caused by denim stretching. After 20 washes, the stitches remain firm, avoiding the problem of loose threads common in flat embroidery.
