Each piece takes 270 minutes to knit. This garment is woven using 16 alternating yarn feeders. A single front panel alone has a whopping 6352 rows of knitted fabric. The freshly woven pieces have numerous knots, requiring manual thread picking, knot inspection, and random checks before sewing, washing, and hand-attaching of the original main label and care label. Details are meticulously checked, from label height and stitch pattern to ironing. Only after a final inspection can it be packaged and shipped. Unlike ordinary computerized flat knitting machines that are often rushed and run at maximum speed, resulting in inconsistent stitch sizes, patterns, and designs, this garment features straight and delicate stitching, a comfortable and soft fabric, and consistent color with no color difference.
