●Description: The fabric is semi-matte nylon twill, the lining is rayon twill satin, the lining is embroidered vertical striped quilted fabric, the placket is made of 1200mm double-layered fabric, rhinestone embroidery, and rhinestone embroidery. Embroidery is done using an imported Japanese Tajima embroidery machine. The base is off-white acetate twill satin with a high sheen, which enhances the scattering of light. Three floral patterns form the complete patch design. All rhinestone positions are replicated 1:1 from the Y-pattern. A single-size, single-rhinestone template is created by hand, using two sizes of imitation Austrian rhinestones: 4-sided and 2-sided. Constant temperature and time automated hot-fixing ensures water resistance and durability. The finished patch features a hand-cranked embroidered front panel, with the left and right panels joined together to replicate the floral pattern. It comes with 1.8cm high-gloss four-button snaps.
