●Description: Made of jacquard flocked denim with a twill weave, the fabric is thick with a clear twill texture and has been properly treated. The fabric is flocked using custom-dyed yarns, featuring a classic monogram pattern across the entire fabric. The entire garment is cut using infrared laser positioning, with the main body meticulously hand-cut for pattern alignment, and the patterned pieces are then precisely aligned and positioned. The entire garment is secured with single-needle embroidery using thick horizontal thread. High-standard sewing and pattern alignment are achieved at the waistband, pockets, and other areas. This multi-process, exclusively developed and customized approach results in significant fabric waste. Each piece is meticulously hand-painted by experienced washers using gauze dipped in acrylic paint, applying it evenly and precisely to the flocked surface according to the original design. The dyeing time is carefully controlled, resulting in a very high rejection rate. Each piece achieves a unique, fiery cloud effect. The overall stitching is straight and delicate, the fabric is comfortable and soft, and the colors are consistent with no color difference.
