Fabric Selection:
A precise blend of 48% cotton and 52% polyester, combined with a classic pique knit structure, this high-end fabric balances the skin-friendliness of natural fibers with the performance of synthetic fibers. Cotton fibers provide the skin-friendly feel and moisture-wicking breathability of natural cotton, retaining its soft texture and avoiding the stuffiness and itchiness issues of pure polyester fabrics; polyester fibers give the fabric superior wrinkle resistance, crispness, abrasion resistance, and quick-drying properties, solving the problems of pure cotton being prone to wrinkling, deformation, and difficult to care for; the pique structure further enhances the three-dimensionality, with a regular textured mesh surface, structurally strengthening breathability.
Printing Process:
High-elasticity, environmentally friendly water-based PU thick-plate ink is used, through multiple overprinting and sequential pre-drying processes. First, print the black base layer. After each print, pre-bake at 80℃ to set the shape, repeating this process three times to create a 0.5mm raised surface. Then, precisely align and overprint the white misaligned outline layer, again using overprinting to enhance the three-dimensional effect, ultimately creating a relief-like raised print effect. After printing, bake in a tunnel oven at high temperature for 5 minutes to allow the ink to deeply cross-link with the pique cotton fibers, ensuring firm adhesion. Finally, perform low-temperature ironing to smooth the fabric, ensuring a smooth printed surface, sharp edges, and no burrs or smudging.
