Custom 220g all-weather jersey fabric, coarse ribbing, strong cotton feel. Garment pre-shrinked after washing to prevent fading and shrinkage. A total of 8 sets of printing plates were used. Colors were achieved through color matching. The printing uses thermosetting inks with one-to-one data alignment. Thick, embossed feel. Thickness was adjusted 13 times before the last print, and colors were adjusted 12 times on the machine before finalization. Eight plates were used to print one color in eight steps, plus a thick arrow print. The first layer is gray, the second is white, the third is yellow, the fourth is green, the fifth is blue, the sixth is purple, the seventh is orange, and the last layer is the thick plate. Any error in any step will render the entire print unusable. Brand new washing labels and accessories. The back print was applied countless times, risking ruining the garment with each print.
