Name: OFF WHITE C/O VIRGIL 19SS Watercolor Oil Painting Arrow Print Short-Sleeve White
Description: OFF WHITE C/O VIRGIL 19SS Watercolor Oil Painting Arrow Print Short-Sleeve White
Color matching took one month. The fabric needed to be custom-dyed to apricot, not the incorrect white version on the market. The discharge printing effect was tested. The workmanship is relatively complex. The fabric’s dischargeability needs to be considered. The fabric needs to be discharge-printed first to restore the printed pattern before applying a layer of high-definition digital direct-to-garment printing. The process is similar to fireworks color blocking. The process is different from the back print. Only the ink process is closest to the original, clearest, and has the highest reproduction. Accessories and packaging bags are customized one-to-one. The three labels are disassembled and customized. The fabric is custom-woven and dyed, everything starts from the source. The fabric is yarn-woven, so I won’t go into the technical terms. The fabric is 21S combed cotton, 16-thread ring-spun jersey. This fabric’s surface has not been treated with depilation, so it will have a fuzzy feel. The texture is soft and breathable. The ribbing is 32-thread double yarn 1X1. A better digital direct-to-garment printing machine was chosen. Imported CNTOP digital printing machine in operation. Three-piece care label and zebra stripe packaging lines are still in use.
