Air-jet spinning: Air-jet spinning is a new type of spinning technology that uses airflow to condense and twist fibers in a high-speed rotating spinning cup to produce yarn. It does not use spindles, relying mainly on multiple components such as combing rollers, spinning cups, and false twisting devices. The combing rollers are used to grab and comb the fed cotton sliver fibers. The centrifugal force generated by its high-speed rotation can throw out the grabbed fibers. The spinning cup is a small metal cup whose rotation speed is more than 10 times higher than that of the combing roller. The resulting centrifugal force expels the air from the cup. Based on the principle of fluid pressure, the cotton fibers enter the airflow cup and form a fiber flow that moves continuously along the inner wall of the cup. The printing is done using a Japanese-owned MIMAKI printing machine, resulting in no frayed edges. The printing process involves hot pressing and cold tearing, with high-temperature pressing at 180 degrees Celsius. The front piece requires two pressings (the second press requires 180KG of air pressure). The fabric texture is transparent, making it scratch-resistant and preventing fogging. The black vinyl printing effect has a low-key, freehand presentation. The lines, with their black feel, subvert existing sensory perceptions and have a strong three-dimensional visual effect. The washing label is also custom-made by the company according to the original font. All accessories are still made with the correct materials. The rectangular woven label design replaces the previous three-dimensional silicone tactile font with a fully woven label. Fluorescent lettering can be seen on the label.
