Prada Fleece Jacket
I. Fabric Selection
The main raw material is a polyester-wool blend.
The raw materials are washed and pre-treated to remove impurities.
The yarn is woven into fabric on a loom.
Brushing and Fleece Processing:
The woven fabric undergoes brushing, where mechanical brushing fluffs the fiber surface, forming a nap.
Then it undergoes fleece processing, where the fabric is shaken under high temperature and humidity conditions, causing the fibers to form small spherical particles, increasing the fabric’s fluffiness and warmth.
The fleece fabric undergoes a dyeing process to ensure even and long-lasting color.
After dyeing, the fabric undergoes finishing processes such as setting and calendering to improve the feel and appearance.
Panel Assembly
Panel Assembly: The cut components (such as front and back panels, sleeves, hood, etc.) are assembled according to the design requirements. During assembly, attention should be paid to aligning the seams to ensure a smooth, wrinkle-free finish.
Detail Treatment: Edge binding is used on easily worn areas such as the collar, cuffs, and hem to increase elasticity and durability. At the same time, zippers, pockets, and other details also require meticulous finishing to ensure functionality and aesthetics.
Zippers: High-quality metal zippers are selected to ensure smooth operation and durability. The zipper color should coordinate with the main color of the coat to enhance the overall aesthetics.
Seaming: High-strength polyester thread is used for sewing to ensure strong and durable stitching. The thread color should be similar to the fabric color.
